Unit 66/Mesh construction

To get used to the software "4D Cinema"  we followed a step by step tutorial on how to make one. Firstly i used a primitive object and i used the cube tool, i changed the X axis the 200m,  Y to 45m and the Z axis to 200m. This made a smaller cube on top of cube one, ready to put the cogwheel tool into place. After putting in the cogwheel tool I duplicated the cubes and used it at the top of the pillar. The cogwheel tool makes an pillar effect. I grouped the objects together and named it pillar one, i then duplicated it ten times and named them pillar 1,2,3 etc..

As you can see on the image to the left i have duplicated the pillar into a two. On the image on the right i have shown the pillars grouped into into different categories. This is useful as all the tools used to make on plliar for example a cub, cogwheel etc. It makes it easier to select and move about on the 4d cinema software.

This image above shows the completed set of the pillars I created in cinema 4D, which i duplicated multiple times to create half a temple. I positioned them so each side was even and that all pillars that were opposite matched.
