Making the table was the simplest model to create, out of all models this model used less shapes. I first started with a the cube tool and resized it to a rectangle, accurately I transformed the cube into a flat surface making the top of the table, the table is now flattened and rectangular with no material. The second part i created was the underneath of the table where I created wooden draws. This again was simple to make; I used the cube tool and re-sized it to the same width and length as the surface of table. I then edited the width to make it a lot thicker, so it would appear as it would be used for storage space which is where made them look like wooden draws, however at this point there was no material. Following this I made six individual draw knobs and placed them evenly across the cube to make them look like draws, I did this by taking the sphere tool and simply re-sizing it accurately to be placed on the cube; i duplicated this three times and spread them evenly across the surface of this cub and symmetrically did the same on the opposite. The table so far has a surface and storage space so the next thing i needed to make were the table legs. The legs were simple to create, like the rest of the model I used the cube tool to create a table leg, i re-sized the width to make it a vertical rectangle and changed the thickness so it was thick enough, i then placed this on the left side of the table. The table needed three other wooden legs in order for it to look like a table, I duplicated it once and moved it accurately opposite of the table, I did this three times until I eventually had four separate table legs. The table table was then complete so my final task was to add the correct material, I used a brown wooden material and used the same one on all of the different shapes, for the small drawer knobs i used a lighter wooden colour so they stood out. When rendered the table now looks like an ancient wooden table that would be used as a signifiant model in my potion room.
